Biography:

I was awarded Doctorate from the University of Otago in New Zealand and my doctoral research looked into the working holiday experiences of Chinese youth through a cultural lens. I have been teaching a range of modules in the UK, Thailand, and New Zealand, relating to business, tourism, and hospitality. I have also worked in a variety of roles in the tourism and hospitality industry in the UK, Canada, New Zealand, and China.
